Deskripsi Pekerjaan

To make estimate of welding process for the QR from Customer
New model preparation (Flow process, Standard production machine, Calculate the capacity of production machines, layout production area, and manpower training)
Trial and development of welding process for new models ( start from event to mass production)
Standardization of welding process parameters and work instructions
Create document quality for new models (FMEA, QCPC, PIS)
To Complete the PPAP documents (according to customer requests)
Review and evaluate the development schedule, and coordinate with related departments in case of problems
Minimum Bachelor Degree of Engineer
Fluent in English and proven
People with high integrity & strong drive for result is required for this role, strong monitoring process and follow up.
