Lowongan Repossession Expert / Asset Recovery di PT Zoomlion Indonesia Heavy Industry

Requirements:

• 27-35 years old; Bachelor Degree in Law
• Having rich experiences (at least 3 years) in leasing company or in commercial collections, especially in repossession of equipment
• Having government connections and resources to affiliate the - General knowledge of collection laws, regulations, principles of credit lending, and risk management
• Familiar with office software (Word, Excel, Power Point)
• Excellent negotiation skills and Fluent in English
• Ability to gather and analyze information and use it to develop solutions to problems
• Ability to multi-task and be flexible while managing change
• Willing to be assigned to all regions in the territory of Indonesi

Responsibilities:

• Supervise assigned accounts to identify unresolved debts.
• Develop effective repayment plans.
• Find, contact and visit customer to ask about their overdue payments
• Follow-up with customer on overdue accounts.
• Research and implement effective collection techniques.
• Perform all administrative duties related to ensuring office efficiency.
• Respond to customer account queries in a timely and professional manner.
• Take actions to encourage timely debt payments
• Resolve billing and customer credit issues
• Update account status records and collection efforts
• Report on collection activity and accounts receivable status
• Repossessing the Equipment, along with prepare the repossession (contacting police, local organization, etc and coordinating internal resources)
• Contacting repossession companies and maintain/coordinating with repossession companies to do repossessing the Equipment.
