Lowongan Quantity Surveyor (Mandarin Speaker) di PT Chi

Job Description :

1. Daily Quantity Surveying work which including pre and post contract management, monitoring materials and construction cost, site valuation, variation order and final accounts.
2. To liaise with clients, consultants, sub-contractors and suppliers in costing matters.
3. Preparation and Follow-up for contract variations.
4. Preparation and Follow-up for contract claims.

Job Requirement :

1. Bachelor Degree, major in Civil Engineering / Quantity Surveying.
2. At least 2 years of Quantity Surveying working experience.
3. Proficiency in Mandarin & English communication and writing.
4. Familiar with FIDIC contract terms and applications.
5. Good communication and coordination skills.
6. Positive, adaptable and good at teamwork.

Priority Qualifications :

1. Candidate must possess very good command of spoken and written in Mandarin (HSK 5/6) and English (equivalent to B2 level or above). 
2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
