Duties and responsibilities :

• Define the organization's business development objectives and strategies, creates plans to achieve the goals.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities, including new markets, new product or services or potential strategic partnership.
• Develops and maintains relationship with customers, partners and industry influencers.
• Leads negotiations and develops contracts with potential business partners, suppliers or customers.
• Analyzes financial and business data to evaluate the potential impact of new business opportunities and to track and report on business development performance.
• Understand the company's products, competitors and business position in the market.
• Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, product engineering, production and finance to ensure alignment and maximize business development impact.

Job requirements :

• Degree in Business Administration, Sales/Marketing or relevant field
• Proven working experience as a Business Development Head min 5 years experience
• Proven sales track record and experience in customer support is a plus
• Market knowledge
• Communication and negotiation skills
• Time management and planning skills
• Leadership skills
• Proficiency in MS Office & English
