Lowongan HSE General Manager di PT Bhimasena Power Indonesia

1. Promote a safety and healthful work environment through continuous improvement of safety and health system that result in the reduction of accidents and illness and assures regulatory compliance.
2. Reviews safety statistics, accidents reports and safety audit result through team safety meetings with employees with management in order to solicit suggestions for improvement and make recommendations.
3. Acts in advisory capacity to the organization on regulatory compliance matters.
4. Investigate accidents and analyses accident data to evaluate the effective of accidents prevention and loss control program. Interprets government regulations to ensure compliance and coordinates with government agencies to negotiate terms of compliance, complete government reports.
5. Conducts necessary changes in safety processes, including safety rules, practices and training personal protective equipment programs.
6. Perform on-site inspection to audit physical conditions and safe work practices.
7. Draft investigation and inspection reports, training guides and materials and general correspondence
8. Assists with other activities as necessary to evaluate and reduce potential risks to employee health and well-being.
9. Interface with medical professional
10. Enforce HSE sensitive policies and procedures.
11. Execute emergency response duties.
12. Interface with Risk management, workers comp and insurance agencies and provide necessary documentation.
13. Special project or assignment as directed by management.

Job Requirements :

1. Bachelor's degree with five years on related experience in Power Plant, or Oil & Gas
2. Having relevant certificate in HSE such as AK3 Umum and others
3. Having experience sea survival in evacuation in jetty area
4. Familiar with ISO 9001 - QMS. 140001 (4500) - Environmental, 18001 - OHSAS, SMK and Proper Environment Audit
5. Through knowledge of safety principles and related government regulations
6. Experienced in a safety-related job in a multiple environment
7. Ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels of the organization, ability to teach and mentor others
8. English written verbal and professional skills
9. Willing to be placed in Batang Site Office
