JOB DESCRIPTION
- Create and Manage Sales Order from customers (review, approve, check)
- Communicate with customers regarding the orders
- Management delivery (receiving delivery orders and ensuring customer orders are delivered properly)
- Check the stock of goods in the system and communicate with the warehouse
- Responding to customer claim
JOB REQUIREMENT
- SMA/SMK with 2 years experience as admin staff, or
- Diploma 3 fresh graduate
- Good skills in Ms. Office, especially Ms. Excel
- Can communicate basic English is a plus
- Active and good communication with related party
- Having an experience in ERP (SAP) is a plus
- Willing to join us immediately
- Willing to relocate close to our company (Cibitung, Kawasan Industri MM2100)
