You will travel to our oversees clients and support and help them to find solutions for their business tasks additional, beside deploying and updating our Enterprise IT System at the client site. Furthermore you will be challenged on going support (“issue analysis & resolution”) as well as issue solving together with our high-scale-experts and the experts of the clients and 3rd party service provider. You will not only get in touch with new cultures on the spot, you will get in touch and trained on state of the art technologies in the IT domain, as well as state of the art technologies in the Mobile Telecommunication Industry.  Through extensive hands-on and additional training with the goal of attaining a variety of certifications, we provide a fast-track career path for talented individuals in the fields of project management, deploying and supporting Enterprise IT Systems with all aspects as well as state of the art Mobile Cellular Networks. We Offer:

The Successful Candidate Will Be:

• Business as well as Technical English skills in reading, writing, speaking and listening,
• Experience in supporting / servicing international partners or clients,
• Willingness to fly overseas,
• Being open to meet people which have different cultures and different ways of live,
• Willingness to learn and dig very deep into new technologies of the IT domain and Mobile Communication Industry,
• Ability for developing self-reliant / independent problem solving strategies,
• Ability to abstract complex processes / systems for explaining it to none technical executives,
• As well ability to explain complex issues very detailed to internal high skilled technical support staff,
• Having Bachelor’s degree in related Technical fields,
• Experience in Enterprise Class Software Deployment process and operation concepts,
• Experience with Linux / Unix installation, administration and operation,
• Experience in Hardware Monitoring and troubleshooting,
• Understanding of LAN and WAN networking and network topologies,
• Experience in Enterprise Class System assembly (Servers, Rack, LAN cabling, etc, … ),
• Learning new technologies and concepts autodidactic,
• Preferable development background / software engineering background of Enterprise Class Software Solutions (development process, virtualization, distributed system design, container concepts, relational databases, system monitoring, security concepts),
• Preferable understanding of modern Mobile Cellular Networks,
• Experience in giving trainings and educating others is an advantage,
• Certification in relevant areas is an advantage
