QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum Bachelors Degree in Engineering (Enviromental/Health/Safety) or Civil Engineering.
• Have minimum 8 years of working experience, including 5 years experiences as HSE Supervisor from Oil & Gas, Chemical or Petrochemical company.
• Having experience in process safety management
• Training undertaken: Incident investigation & process safety management system.
• Preferably having AK3 Umum Certification
• Have strong cognitive thinking to be able to solve problem and make decision
• Have good interpersonal skills to be able to deal with fellow employees, resident and clients
• Creative, innovative, credible, have a good understanding of the management system and the management of consultants or contractors.
• Willing to be located in Jakarta.

JOB DESCRIPTIONS

• Implement business processes according to ISO requirements including submission of HSSE documents and new documents issued to interested parties.
• Documenting every HSSE activity (monthly meetings, audits, etc.).
• Updating the list of HSSE laws and regulations that apply to the company project.
• Prepare HSSE performance reports and leading and lagging indicators for the company project.
• Constantly promoting HSE awareness and provide training on the company's QHSE program to all employees
• Conduct regular inspections of Occupational Safety, Occupational Health and Environmental Protection in the workplace
• Ensure the availability of HSE equipment and HSE signs on every job
• Monitor the implementation of the Quality Management System and SMK3 (OHSAS)
• Provide advice in relation to the HSE assessment, state of HSE monitoring and reporting, and HSE policy and planning
• Identify and implement ways of improving startegic HSE planning mechanism in the project surrounding area
• Provide advice of how to use PPE properly in accordance to work safely and ensure that all employees do it
• Closed monitor implementation of Project Environmental Risk and Hazard Assessments.
• Review risk assessment management and report to supervisor
• Develop safety work programs and safety action plans
