You will be responsible to ensure and conducts complex applied research development activities concerned with the chemical, biological, and/or physical nature of food in order to evaluate and improve the quality of existing products and related processes and to develop new products and processes.This will be an exciting challenge for you to learn and develop which will open the opportunity to accelerate your own career.  
 Key responsibilities will include but are not limited to: 

• Develops solutions to a variety of technical problems of moderate scope and complexity applying technical knowledge and experience.
• Conducts routine experiments / analyses, evaluating and recording results. May improvise in the application of procedures and methods during such experiments or analyses as appropriate (e.g. ingredient adjustments, sampling modification, etc.)
• Provides technical lab support for PSC for product / process development. Performs routine tasks, under moderate supervision and in accordance with well-defined procedures.
• Sets-up, operates and maintains pilot lab and research lab equipment.
• Able to conduct sensory test, and analyses results with guidance. To do simple experimental design and analysis with guidance.
• Coordinates and completes small and medium projects or manages segments of larger projects. Defines project objectives, organizing and prioritizing tasks and conducting experiments and analyses.
• Documents the types of lab tests which have been conducted and records results of such testes in a lab notebook or in a computer database.
• Interface frequently with various internal department (e.g. marketing, procurement, engineering, QA, operation) and customers in accomplishing project milestones.
• Performs related responsibilities, as needed, to support Rich Products Corporation's business objectives.
• Able to conduct literature search independently, analyses information, summarize finding and recommend next steps with guidance.
• Processes and evaluates ideas for new technologies.
• Able to communicate and work well with Indonesia project team members.
• Maintains thorough understanding and knowledge of state of the art and emerging technologies, trends in area of expertise.
• Require to maintain IP of the company and ensure there is no breach of trust not only during their employment but also after leaving the company.
• Ensures the work environment is sanitary, safe, and orderly.

Requirements:

• Bachelors Degree in Food Science or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years related experience or M.S. in related field and no job related experience.
• Basic Food / Chemistry Knowledge
• Excellent English both spoken and written.
• Hands-on experience in computer.
• Creative and imaginative.
• Willing to be placed at Cikande, Serang, Banten
