IS HIRING HRD & LEGAL.

JOB DESCRIPTION :

- Leading and managing the day-to-day operation of the HR Department.

- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues.

- Creating and maintaining a harmonious relationship between the company and employees.

- Resolving industrial relations issues, including representing the company to court

- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance

- Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs

- Develop and implement Human Resources strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.

- Creating strategy and execute talent management and develop program for whole organization.

- Design, develop and review Job Description, KPI, SOP, and company policies.

- Collaborate with all Departments Head to ensure the company objectives are met.

- Talent Acquisition, People Development, Training, Organization Structure Review, Onboarding, and Assessment.

- Planning, organizing, and controlling the activities and actions of the Human Resources department.

- Maintains management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures.

- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.

- Career development, mutation, promotion & demotion.

- Manage payroll and compensation benefits.

- Manage employment life cycle, including but not limited to keeping proper database, performance management, compensation & benefit management (inclusive of BPJS Kesehatan, BPJS Ketenagakerjaan and any other relevant benefits).

- Monitoring HRIS development & implementation.

- Working closely with management to aligning business objectives with employees and act as a reliable partner on human capital issues.

-  Recruiting and interviewing potential applicants on experience, skills, and knowledges.

- Educate and train all employees on organizational behavior, policies and procedures to guarantee that understanding is affirmed.

- Performance Appraisal Monitoring.

- Support the completion of employee probationary and annual evaluations.

Requirements:

  • Age max 40 years old
  • Bachelor's Degree in Psychology/HR management/Law 
  • Have 5 years experience, experience in EPC Company is preferred
  • Having a Psychologist certificate and BNSP HR is preferred
  • Fluent in English
  • Willing to be placed in Head Office (West Jakarta)
  • Can be a Legal position is prefered
