• Execute marketing strategy incl. ensure product lunch in area responsibility
• Responsible for individual sales achievement, maintain & increase business growth and contribute to company performance
• Build & establish relationship with Commercial team and customers in area responsibility
• Ensure marketing operation are carried out with the highest level of ethics and in line with company policies & law regulation
• Improve and motivate team

Professional Competencies:

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy or Science major from reputable University
• At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in Marketing and Sales Management with strong exposure in multinational company
• At least 1 year's people leadership experience (preferable)
• Understand and able to work with compliance
• Able to do presentation and communicate in English
• Able to operate computer (Ms. Office)
• Has a strong relationship with healthcare association (ex. IKABI, IKABDI, etc.) and have experience assisting operations
