PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT & TECHNICAL SERVICES (PDTS) ASSISTANT MANAGER – CIKARANG

Requirements:

• Holds a bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Food Technology, Biology, or related Major.
• Has a minimum of 5 years' experiences as Product Development Supervisor or 3 years’ experiences as Assistant Manager, preferably in Medical Device Manufacturing/Healthcare Manufacturing.
• Possesses excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Has strong leadership skills and has experience in managing a team of PDTS.
• Has strong analytical and performs problem-solving skills.
• Possesses excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Able to operate Corel Draw and has an understanding of the SAP System
• Willingness to be placed in Cikarang.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead the process of designing and developing new and existing products.
• Monitor and ensure that product development complies with ISO 13485:2016.
• Monitor and ensure the analytical method for product and materials in accordance with applicable standards.
• Ensure design verification and design validation align with input and output of product and have been approved.
• Ensure the successful transfer of product design and development.
• Control and monitor of master data in SAP.
• Ensure the control of risk management of product and clinical evaluation of product in accordance with applicable standards.
• Monitor and ensure the performance of clinical testing for new and existing products.
• Monitor and ensure the KPI are achieved according to the targets.
• Maintain and actively participate in health, safety, and environment and anticipate potential hazards in the work environment.
