Responsibilities

• Purchasing: Handle daily POs, track payment schedules, and oversee AP/AR.
• Inventory Management: Conduct regular stock checks and reconcile discrepancies.
• COGS Reporting: Produce accurate COGS reports.
• Operational Coordination: Collaborate closely with the operations team to ensure timely purchasing and deliveries.
• Compliance: Ensure adherence to FnB purchasing policies.
• Vendor Relationships: Manage vendor relations for timely and quality deliveries.
• Financial Analysis: Assist with financial assessments related to purchasing and inventory.
• Team Collaboration: Engage with internal teams to streamline purchasing requirements.
• Administrative Tasks: Support the finance team with essential administrative duties.

Qualifications

• Experience in finance and purchase administration, preferably within the FnB industry.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, for data analysis and financial reporting.
• Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in managing FnB purchase orders and financial records.
• Good organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external suppliers.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating a proactive and problem-solving mindset.
• Knowledge of finance and accounting principles is a plus.
