Job Description

<Part Cost Planning>

• Has good experienced in leading team activity aiming challenging target, involving related department.
• Has good communication skills and good logical thinking for smooth and efficient working process.
• Has good capability in using Microsoft Excel/Power point for total activity management (monthly item control, follow up, impact calculation, and reporting to top management etc).
• Has good enthusiasm to achieve challenging targets, hard work.
• Analyze detail of product and create / manage cost structure.
• Coordinate with purchasing to do assessment for price from suppliers.
• Coordinate Cost Reduction activity VA/VE, Localization together with Procurement, Headquarters and related sections.
• Coordinate with Headquarters Business Planning for global price control.
• Summarize and coordinate Corporate overall Business condition, coordinate all informations and update from related departement, and compile into Corporate KPI (Sales, Profit).
• Identify issues and coordinate through company to overcome the issues related to company profit.

Requirement:

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree.
• Fresh graduates are able to apply.
• Fluent in English, Japanese will be Preferable.
• Preferable: (not mandatory) : Capable in negotiation with supplier for purchase parts cost. (Experience as buyer will be preferable).
