Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma degree or above in any major
• Fluent in Mandarin and English
• Minimum 2 years of experience in related position
• Proficiency in using office software
• Strong communication skills and sense of responsibility
• Placement: Jakarta
• Willing to travel and work on any project site at any time

Key Roles:

• Acting as the company representative and maintaining good relationship with partner companies or potential investors.
• According to the project needs, perform translation between parties that involved in the project, both in written or orally.
• Become the bridge of communication and correspondence on site and coordinating different teams or parties to implement the project and proactive to solve the problems.
• Participate in organizing and coordinating the business administration.
• Managing protocol service for the company guests, including transport accommodation arrangement, itinerary and administrative procedures.
• Other duties as assigned from time to time.
