Job Summary: As an Accounting Officer, you will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate financial records, overseeing financial transactions, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations. Your expertise in accounting principles and attention to detail will contribute to the financial integrity of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• General Ledger Management:
• Issue Purchase Order ,GL , Contact with Suppliers and Customer 
• Monitor and reconcile accounts, ensuring accuracy and integrity of financial data.
• Bank reconciliation monthly
• Petty cash Reserve.
• Accounts Payable and Receivable:
• Review and process accounts payable invoices, ensuring proper coding and approval.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal departments to resolve payment discrepancies.
• Monitor accounts receivable, follow up on outstanding invoices, and maintain accurate records of receivables.
• Tax Compliance:
• Ensure compliance with Indonesian tax regulations and filing requirements.
• Prepare and submit accurate tax returns, including VAT and withholding tax.
• Assist in tax audits and respond to tax-related inquiries.
• Internal Controls:
• Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure accuracy of financial transactions.
• Contribute to the development of accounting policies and procedures.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian accounting standards and tax regulations.
• Experience in accounting software Quickbook and MS Excel is an advantage
• Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret financial data.
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Indonesian.
