Responsibillities :

• Lead the development and execution of the content strategy for Treasury, ensuring it aligns with the brand's identity and goals.
• Supervise and mentor a team of content creators, including Social Media officer & copywriter, storyteller, etc.
• Create and manage a content calendar, coordinating with various departments to ensure timely and consistent content delivery across multiple channels.
• Foster a creative environment where team members can brainstorm and generate innovative content ideas that engage the target audience.
• Maintain high standards for content quality, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines.
• Use data and market research to understand customer preferences and behaviors, guiding content decisions and personalization efforts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business development, e-commerce, and merchandising, to align content efforts with broader marketing and business strategies.
• Monitor the performance of content campaigns and initiatives, analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) to make data-driven decisions and optimizations.
• Oversee the content budget, allocating resources effectively to maximize content impact while staying within budget constraints.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities for content innovation and engagement.

Requirements :

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the media, content, social media, internet industries.
• Great time management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure & meet tight deadlines.
• Great communication skills with ability to provide rationales for creative choices made.
• Good presentation skills.
• Have ability to make data-driven decisions, build robust strategies, and forecast trends based on strong data analytics skills.
• Experienced in using Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva, KeyNote / PowerPoint.
