Lowongan Head of product presales di PT Abhimata Persada

Responsibility :

• Develop and implement product management team work plans including: target achievement, marketing strategy, and daily management.
• Monitoring the team regarding pre-sales activities, sales and in terms of maintaining good cooperation with principals.
• Responsible for managing and building a team of product consultants according to predetermined targets.
• Provide price quotations / estimate and insure that the price is right and meet with client requirement
• Provide work planning in accordance with KPI, Work Program in providing pre-sales support and product management to assist the sales team in achieving annual sales targets.
• Stay up to date with market trends and the latest technology related to the banking, financial services and insurance (BFSI) industry, then carry out product identification based on market trends with the aim of creating a solution catalog and providing training to the sales team.
• Develop solutions, organize, plan, create interesting concepts related to programs or events in order to introduce products to customers

Requirements :

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree Preferably Management, Business, Marketing, Computer Science/Information Technology and Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication). 
• Min 10 years experience in the same field
• Preferably in the IT Consultant or Banking industry.
• Required Skill(s): Account Management, Sales and IT Related, Selling Skill, Negotiation skill and Office Application
• Excellent command of spoken and written English
• Knowledge and skills related to the pre sales process.
