Lowongan Store Manager (Retail Fashion/Grocery) di PT Star Maju Sentosa

Responsibility:

• To achieve the sales targets and increasing profits
• Responsible for department store day to day overall operation including but not limited to :

1. Sales associate
2. Cashier
3. Product Availability
4. Visual merchandising
5. Store ambiances
6. Store standard service level
7. Standard operating procedure

• Analyze sales, inventory and monitor expenses
• To take an immediate decision regarding operation matter based on standard procedure
• Completes store operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees, following up on works results
• Optimize available resources to achieve maximum sales performance and excellent customer services
• Maintains store staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees
• Maintains store staff job results by coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results
• Identifies current and future customers requirements by establishing relations with potential and actual customers

 Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree
• Minimum 5 years experience as a Store Manager in the fashion / grocery retail industry
• Excellent problem solving and analytical thinking, strong leadership skill, and good communication skill
• Able to implement POAC (planning, organizing, actuating, controlling)
• Highly motivated, can work under pressure, able to work as an individual and in a team
• Oriented result and good attention to detail
• Energetic and strong sense of fashion and grocery trend
• Willing to work in flexible working hours and shifting schedule including weekend, and public holidays (6 days work and 1 day off)
