3. Employee Development and Relations: Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, promoting a positive workplace culture, identify training needs and support career development for employees.
4. Solution Development: Innovate ideas, solutions, programs, and policies for the HR department.
5. Efficiency Drive: Drive HRM efficiency and effectiveness to enhance company performance.
6. Effective Problem-Solving: Analyze and resolve employee-related issues comprehensively and objectively.
7. Performance Management: Implement performance evaluation and improvement processes.
8. Policy Development: Develop and enforce HR policies and procedures to ensure legal compliance.
9. Talent Management: Oversee talent acquisition, development, and retention strategies.
10. Workforce Planning: Analyze workforce trends and plan for future staffing needs.
11. Legal Compliance: Stay current with employment laws and regulations to mitigate risks.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, or related field.
2. Proven experience as an HR Business Partner.
3. Strong understanding of HR functions and best practices.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
6. Knowledge of labor legislation.
