Requirements :

1.    Minimum S1 Accounting graduate, fresh graduates are welcome.

2.    Having minimum 1 year of working experience in finance & accounting field. Internship experiences are valued.

3.    Excellent skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

4.    Understand accounting system (SAP) will be a plus.

5.    Good English skills.

6.    Able to communicate effectively and professionally.

7.    Honest, adaptable, highly disciplined, organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.

8.    Work location in Taman Tekno, BSD Tangerang.

Job Descriptions :

1.    Conduct data entry and filing documents.

2.    Recap the expenditure data, including tax for the company's activities every month.

3.    Generate petty cash reports weekly.

4.    Prepare cash and bank vouchers.

5.    Ensure proper function of the archive and documentation system.

6.    Provide administrative and procurement support to the team, including payment for transportation, event preparation, accommodation arrangements, and ongoing operations.

7.    Assist the Finance & Accounting team in generate financial reports every month.
