Requirements

• Have Bachelor Degree in Accounting
• Have minimum 3 year experience in related field
• Strong verbal and written communication
• Preferably have experience in manufacturing/ Public Accounting Firm (KAP)/ Construction Company
• Good communication, hard worker and problem-solving skills
• High attention to detail and excellent analytical skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and MS. Dynamic AX
• Willing to work flexible, willing to travel intensively

Job Description:

• Performing the full audit cycle including risk management and control management over operations’ effectiveness, financial reliability and compliance with all applicable directives and regulations
• Determining internal audit scope and developing annual plans.
• Prepare and present reports that reflect audit’s results and document process
• Identify the financial risk of the organization and offer recommendations to reduce risk.
• Obtaining, analyzing and evaluating accounting documentation, reports, data, flowcharts etc.
• Conducting audit activities at the head office or branch office.
• Checking the audit of the Company's business processes
• Checking inventory, fixed assets, cash/bank account, AR/credit account and other financial account
• Control the implementation of applicable SOP and Company Policies
• Identify accounting and financial record-keeping process that can be improved.
• Determine ways to cut costs and improve profitability
• Assess the efficiency and productivity of internal staff and make recommendations for improvement.
