Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Checking export documents received from customers or branches throughout Indonesia for negotiation and collection transactions by having a good
understanding of the underlying rules such as UCP600, ISBP 745, ISP 98 & URR 725.
Process all transactions in accordance with the agreed SLA.
Ensuring that the available limit is sufficient (Bank Limit) so that financing for export document transactions can be carried out.
Carry out vessel checks, price checks and sanction checks for each export document received in accordance with the applicable AML SOP
Helping the work of other teams from the LC unit, BG Issuance and Document. Checking if other teams are overloaded to fulfill the SLAs.
Giving value added services to customers by providing the best service on requests
and questions related to trade transactions.
Checking every incoming and outgoing swift related to export documents on the firco system
Helping to create monthly LKPBU reporting

Have minimum Bachelor degree
Have eagerness to learn and have high initiative
Preferably have a Certification in Certified Documentary Credit Specialist (CDCS)
