We are looking for a People Operations Associate, based in Bandung. The ideal candidate has experience in dynamic environments and can help scale and manage our rapid growth across Indonesia. We are seeking someone who can thrive in a collaborative and open culture! THE RECRUITMENT PROCESSES WILL BE CARRIED OUT IN ENGLISH AND ONLY SHORTLISTED CANDIDATES WILL BE NOTIFIED
What you will do:
- Recruitment: manage and drive a full recruitment cycle for successfully recruit high-caliber candidates; help initiate creative and scalable changes to our existing recruiting strategy
- Employment engagement: execute company events
- People management: manage the complete onboarding and offboarding process including the administrative work
- Assist in all-around office administration including but not limited to procurement of office equipment and supplies
What you will need:
- Bachelor's degree holder in Psychology, management, or related major
- Strong communicator with the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders
- Courage to take initiative
- Excellent attention to detail, reliable and well-organized
- Able to prioritize, work independently, and manage time effectively
- Strong representation of Lalamove’s core values: Passion, Grit, Humility & Execution
- Minimum 2 years of experience in HR and GA, preferably from a start-up company
- Advanced MS Office skills and familiar with Google Workspace
- Fluent in English is a must
