Intern Graphic Designer Requirements:

• Education: Pursuing or recently completed a degree in graphic design, visual communication, or a related field.
• Software Proficiency: Familiarity with design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant digital tools.
• Portfolio: A portfolio showcasing personal or academic design projects, demonstrating a basic understanding of design principles.
• Creativity: Ability to generate original design concepts and ideas.
• Adaptability: Capability to learn quickly and adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic creative agency environment.
• Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and an eye for design aesthetics.
• Communication: Effective verbal and written communication skills for collaboration with clients and internal teams.
• Time Management: Basic time management skills to meet project deadlines.

Intern Graphic Designer Responsibilities:

• Assist Design Team: Collaborate with senior designers and the creative team on various design projects.
• Design Execution: Create design assets, graphics, and layouts for digital and print materials under the guidance of senior designers.
• Concept Exploration: Contribute creative ideas and concepts to design discussions and brainstorming sessions.
• File Management: Organize and maintain digital files, assets, and project materials.
• Learning and Development: Actively learn and develop design skills through hands-on experience, guidance, and feedback.
• Software Proficiency: Improve proficiency in design software and digital tools.
• Project Support: Provide support to senior designers on various stages of design projects, from concept to final execution.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with other team members to ensure design work aligns with project goals and client expectations.
• Deadline Adherence: Work efficiently to meet project deadlines and deliver quality design work.
• Feedback Incorporation: Actively seek and incorporate feedback to improve design skills and the quality of work.
• Research: Stay updated on design trends, industry best practices, and emerging technologies.
• Initiative: Show eagerness to take on new design challenges and responsibilities.
