Job Requirements : 

1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related departments.
2. Have minimum 1 year of experience.
3. Familiar with PC hardware and software, printer, scanner, peripheral equipment, mobile devices (iOS, Android) and CCTV.
4. Knowledge about Troubleshooting PC Windows and MacOs computer is a must.
5. Good communication skills, discipline, hardworking, detail oriented, high dedication and care for the business.
6. Placement : JKT (willing to mobile to BSD if needed)

Job Descriptions : 

1. Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners
2. Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
3. Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
4. Providing technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone)
5. Setting up accounts for new users
6. Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary
7. Testing new technology
