Lowongan Manager CRM di PT Global Cars Indonesia

Responsibilities:

• Set up and manage our CRM platform, including tools such as Salesforce and CleverTap.
• Develop and execute CRM campaigns to engage with customers, drive retention, and increase customer lifetime value.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that CRM campaigns are aligned with overall marketing and business objectives.
• Create and maintain customer segmentation strategies and implement relevant messaging and content to each segment.
• Analyse customer data and behaviour to identify selling opportunities and offer personalised communication.
• Collaborate with Product & Tech teams to integrate CRM tools with other marketing and sales systems.
• Develop and maintain reports to track and analyse campaign performance, and make data-driven recommendations for future campaigns

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience in CRM marketing, preferably in an e-commerce or technology environment.
• Strong experience in using and managing CRM platforms, including Salesforce and CleverTap.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools such as Google Sheets / Excel, Google Analytics, or similar tools.
• Results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving customer engagement and retention.
• Excellent people skills, an ability to collaborate with different stakeholders and apply a cross-functional mindset.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Drive and hustle for continually developing and running processes efficiently.
• Ability to converse effectively in Bahasa & English is a plus
