We are looking for a creative smart candidate with a “Go attitude!†to bring back on its feet the various outlets/catering department. The ideal candidate will be grooming and growing within the company to set high levels of guidelines and quality of F&B in all the outlets (signature ones and themed ones)and to work on future projects planned.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years as Executive Sous-Chef or in current Executive Chef.
- Large operation experience, minimum of 400 rooms and overseeing 10 F&B outlets.
- Extensive knowledge of International/Asian (Indonesian/Singaporean/Cantonese &Szechuan Cuisines).
- Manage, develop, implement new recipes and create ideas to stimulate the business.
- Deliver sufficient training; skill, knowledge, behavior/attitude to kitchen staff accordingly.
- Dedicated in turning around and elevating the various outlets of the Resort.
- Has a good networking database for sourcing products/employees (in Indonesia and/or in Singapore).
- Strong luxury foundation in internationally brands, with leisure resort experience preferred.
- Well experienced with strict hygiene standards/HACCP.
- Well developed organizational and time management skills.
- Strong in financial and administration skills such as food costing and stock control.
- Ambitious, business and quality oriented.
- Ability to supervise and demonstrates strong leadership and teamwork.
- Good communication and customer relation skills.
- Ability to cater to guest requests / preferences / allergies.
- Fluent in English both written and spoken other languages hasan added advantage.
- Ability to work in a challenging environment and under flexible hours.
- Possess good computer literate.
- Live in status in the resort hotel room accommodation.
- Preferred candidates who ever worked or working in Singapore/Indonesia

Job Description:
- Ensuring the consistency of food production quality and presentation according to established standards by planning and determining menus and prices,
- Determine and develop recipes, direct and supervise all activities of food processing, preparation and presentation
- Coordinate with related parties
