- Providing candidates as required qualification which is requested by all departments and to fill in vacant position of company refer to manpower planning and budget.
- Maintaining recruitment, induction and orientation process and update data base of applicants
- Directs the needs assessment for training and staff development to enhance the effectiveness of employee performance in achieving the goals and objectives of the company.
- Prepare, Check and Review Training Budget Refer to TNA in line with competency in each level of position.
- Designs and develops HR training programs for management and employees based on training calendar (schedule, participant, training evaluation form, report and implementation plan).
- Provides a broad range of consultative services to all levels of employees regarding policies and procedures.
- Provides expertise in strategy development and execution, planning and facilitation of employee relations efforts and able to handle give, record warning letter as part of performance evaluation
- Maintaining, checking, collecting and controlling process of employee performance appraisal (KPI and Competencies)
- Supporting HR Section Head for all issue of Human Resource in company
