Job Description:
Qualifications:
- Provide technical support and solution for IT request assistance based on company standard.
- Ensure IT operation and security stability as the targets met.
- Maintain and manage PC, Printer, Server hardware.
- Legacy system administering.
- Report and documentation.
Qualifications:
- At least 1 years experience in the related field.
- Degree or relevant qualification in IT/Computing or equivalent.
- Basic understanding on Microsoft solutions (desktop and cloud).
- Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues.
- Good knowledge in server administering.
- Good knowledge in programming language (Java, etc.).
- Good communication, able to work as team and high motivation.
