Requirements :

- Min. Diploma Degree (majoring in IT/related)

- Fresh Graduated are welcome/experience in the same field is a plus

- Have good time management

- Able to work in a team as well as indivually

Job Desc :

- Ensure all computer equipment and applications used by users are working normally.

- Maintain end user device security to protect organizations data

- Conduct periodic backup (and restore) procedures to prevent data loss.

- Check and update operating systems and application

- Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware within the SLA

- Maintain relevant supporting IT equipment like printers, scanners, projectors, etc.

- Ensure computers are properly connected to Local Area Networks (LAN), Wide Area Networks (WAN), and other systems to communicate

- Setting up local user accounts, permissions and passwords based on policy and procedures

- Provide periodic reporting over incidents and problems

- Track hardware and software inventory including the documentations
