PASTRY CHEF

Responsibilities :

• Assist the Head Chef to Create a pastry menu with various main ingredients in a modern and exciting presentation.
• Analyze raw material needs & stocks and make orders according to budget.
• Strong knowledge of pastry and bakery trends, consumer tastes as well as special raw materials and how to process it.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Management.

Requirements :

• Bachelor degree majoring in hospitality, catering, baking & Pastry Art.
• At least 5 years of experience on related of this position.
• Max : 40 years old.
• Good inventory management skills including wastage control.
• Strong experienced in Products Pastry, Cookies & Bakery.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Preferably has experienced in 5 stars hotels or reputable restaurants which are known with their pastry products.
