Requirement:

• Minimum 15 years of project management and Electrical Design expertise
• having managed a Team of Engineers; have experience with a global MEP design consultancy or global D&B contractor.
• Possession of relevant education in Electrical Engineering or building services (a bachelor's degree)
• Certified local Engineer (SKA registration).
• Involving Clients (including Western Clients).
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• The design of MV and LV power distribution, lighting, UPS systems, backup generator systems, emergency lighting, exit signage, fire alarm systems, CCTV, access control systems, public speaker systems, telephone, and data infrastructure, and BMS.
• An understanding of how to coordinate services with various disciplines, notably mechanical services,
• Expertise in securing project permits from statutory authorities and understanding of local and international standards and regulations.
• Experience with the following project types, though not necessarily all (data centers, industrial buildings, high-rise, mixed-use, malls, resorts, and infrastructure).
• Knowledge of the various phases of project design.
• Knowledgeable about design programs like ETAP, Hevacomp, etc.

Responsibility:

• Develops and evaluates project ideas or plans to establish the project's timeline, financial restrictions, methods for carrying it out, staffing needs, and allocation of resources to its various phases.
• Meets with the Project Team to discuss the work plan, allocate tasks, and define authority.
• Oversees and manages the work of project employees to guarantee that projects move forward on schedule and within set spending limits.
• Creates technical and project-related reports for Clients as necessary.
• Meets with project team members to discuss issues and offer technical guidance.
• Delivers technical conference presentations and client presentations that are well-planned and organized.
• Engage in marketing and company development activities to find potential customers and create plans for expanding your clientele.
• Guides the development and progress of young consultants.

• Advanced skills in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint as well as Adobe Acrobat Professional. Windows Operating System experience is highly preferred. Intermediate skills in graphics programs, Internet browsers, and database programs.
