PT Indo Makmur Foods sedang mencari CHEF (Product Development) untuk pabrik baru kami yang memproduksi Frozen Food untuk tujuan ekspor.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Formulating new recipes and improving existing ones which keep your company ahead of the competition.
• Responsible for preparation of training material and raw material.
• Responsible for making product and doing product development activities.
• Responsible to making Flavor development and R&D product.
• Responsible for preparing and making standard operational procedure and standard recipe.
• Have good communication and documentation standard.
• Recipe calculation for production.
• Responsible for maintaining the equipment and hygiene / sanitation of training or kitchen area.
•  Understand about export import will be advantageous

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum education background Diploma in Culinary or Hospitality.
• Experience as a CHEF is a MUST.
• Minimum 5-year experience as a Chef
• Good Taste Buds
• Have a capability to handle complain from client.
• Have a creativity, fast learner, good communication, persuasive, and discipline.
• A dedicated and passionate team player, able to work with people at all levels.
• Fluently in English
• Have a pleasant personality.
• Can Join ASAP
