We are looking for a professional who is passionate in HR area and has can do attitude to support our business.
Job Description :

Coordinating and arranging all human resource activities on site to support company operational;
Coordinating HRGA operational activities on the project, including attendance issue, periodic leave arrangement & etc;
Responsible to prevailing company and government laws and regulations (BPJS Ketenagakerjaan & BPJS Kesehatan) ;
Monitor and Coordinate the process of recruiting and selecting non staff candidates to meet manpower needs based on budget approved;
Responsible to ensure all general affairs service are provided in accordance with company policy.

Job Requirement :

Minimum Bachelor degree in Laws/ Psychology/ Management HR;
Minimum 3 years experience in HR & GA area
Have knowledge and understanding about Indonesian labor laws, Recruitment, KPI, People Development & General affair
Digital savvy is preferred
