And able to establish effective communication to work together with all departments and divisions to design and

run the People Development Program in the company.

Mandatory Skills :

• Min. 2 years as HR Supervisor/Team Lead
• Have proven experience in people development, and organization development
• Good understanding of labor law, people development and organization development
• Organized and results oriented
• Ability to meet deadlines with good time management skills

Advantage Skills :

• Have good presentation skills
• Familiar with Visio
• Able to communicate in English
• Able to work under pressure
