Lowongan Human Resources and General Affair Manager di PT Griya Interindo Abadi

Responsibilities :

1. Controlling for the human resources system and procedure, standard operating procedure (SOP);
2. Responsible in HR and Development area : Compensation & Benefit, Recruitment & Selection, Training, Performance & Talent Management, Organization Development, HR legal aspect, Industrial Relations;
3. Good knowledge in local employment, laws, statutory requirements, and strong understanding in Indonesian Labor Regulations;
4. Administrating payroll & maintain employee records;
5. Understand of human capital concept, Familiar with BPJS Kesehatan and Ketenagakerjaan;
6. General affair task will be include as part of his / her responsibilities :

• Maintain company expenses inline with budget;
• Familiar with licensing & company registration process;
• Maintain the cleanliness of the workplace, including procurement & maintain of company assets.

Requirements :

1. D3 / S1 Graduate from reputable university majoring Law or Human Resources Management;
2. At least 5 years extensive and relevant experience in Human Resources Management is a must;
3. Strong leadership ability;
4. Fluent in English also computer literate (e.g. Word, Excel, Power Point);
5. Familiar with KPI & HR system;
6. Knowing Indonesian Labour Law will be an advantage;
7.  Excellent communication (both written and oral) and interpersonal skills liaise with management and staff at all levels;
8. A team player, resourceful, independent and performance driven.
