• Instruction: Deliver effective, interactive and age-appropriate instruction to a diverse group of students.
• Assessment: Regularly assess and evaluate students' progress, providing constructive feedback and adjusting teaching strategies as necessary.
• Classroom Management: Maintain a well-organized and inclusive classroom environment that promotes active learning and student participation.
• Individualized Support: Identify and address the unique learning needs of each student, providing additional support when required.
• Communication: Foster clear and open communication with students, parents, and colleagues, keeping them informed about students' academic progress and any concerns.
• Innovation: Incorporate technology and innovative teaching methods to enhance the learning experience.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor/Master's degree in Education or a related field.
