Lowongan Assistant Manager, Visual Merchandising di PT Puma Cat Indonesia

The Asst. Manager, Visual Merchandising will manage visual merchandising presentation and activities across retail/wholesale channels with VM guidelines, on-floor executions, and training to elevate the brand experience. This position will be required to work closely with local sales team to provide support and assistance for all the wholesale channels (when needed).

• Responsible for planning and executing window launches, seasonal floorsets, seasonal visual change-over and promotion in a timely manner. Coordinate between the sales team and store team for all VM installations.
• Assist in the new store openings, trade shows set-up and campaign launches. Conduct store visits to key stores.
• Track and control VM budget & expenses according to the allocated budget. Work closely with the local sales team and store team to manage business needs relating to VM efforts and improve VM strategies based on store capacity and seasonal brand initiatives.
• Work-cross functional communication and alignment among departments for seasonal store campaigns, trade shows, and other projects. Provide VM training to Visual Merchandising Specialist(VMS) In-store and store team.

Requirement

• Bachelor's degree or High Diploma. Candidate should possess at least a Diploma in retail/VM; or its equivalent 
• 4-5 years experience in managing visual merchandising 
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Photoshop, Illustrator and File Maker Pro
• Fluent in oral & written English
