REQUIREMENT

1. Minimum 2+ Years of working experience in handling Live Streaming (all platform, especially Tiktok Live).

2. Strong understanding of TikTok and their algorithms.

3. Experience in building, managing and influencing relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

4. Works comfortably using data to generate insights and solve complex problems.

5. Eager to learn, initiative taker and problem-solver.

6. Excellent skills for communicating and relating with both team members and customers.

RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Responsible for store operation and management of Market Place Live Streaming (especially Tiktok).

2. Manage and monitoring daily content and livestream.

3. Create marketing strategy, sales report, and data analysis of Market-place Live Streaming

4. Coordinate with Host, Creator, and other marketing team for better result.

5. Creating, testing, and iterating targeted segmented adverts as well as manage day to day social media implementation, especially Tiktok.

6. Managing promotional activities : live-stream, ads & video seeding

7. Keep up to date with industry trends, conduct competitor research and anticipate changes in customer demand patterns.

8. Create & ensure sales plan & strategy (Daily, monthly, yearly, & seasonal)

9. Monitoring and analyzing Live Streaming metrics and figures.

10. Brainstorming ideas to enhance and transform the TikTok Shop.
