Qualifications

1. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Master’s Degree in Economic, Finance/Accountancy

2. Min 3 years experience in finance (especially handling Account Receivable), accounting and tax related function.

3. Familiar with accounting software and tax software

4. Strong in numeracy skills and info system savvy

5. Strong knowledge of Financial Statements, Accounting Reporting, Cost Accounting,and Tax.

6. Good skill in Ms Excel and Excel Spreadsheet

7. Flexible, proactive and positive attitude

8. Can be trusted and can maintain company confidentiality

9. Willing to fast learning, quickly adapt to changes, embrace changes and challenges.

10. High proficiency in English both oral and written

Job Description :

1. To Assist billing system maintenance and update from time to time.

(sales system and accounting system)

2. Ensure on time payment from customer, payment application and overall receivables position

3. Reconcile Account Billings booked against e-commerce platform to ensure no discrepancies, include reconcile daily customer payment with bank statement.

4. Generate periodic sales and commission reporting to help business review and improvement

5. Support Month End Closing activities to ensure accurate sales and related expenses being accounted (include prepare tax invoice)

6. Ensure proper record keeping for audit, tax and control purposes
