Requirements:

• Maximum age 29 years old
• Minimum education High School (SMA/K), Diploma, Bachelor Degree from any major
• Minimum 2 year of experience as front office from any industry
• Have good communication skills, strong interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Attention to detail
• Familiar with basic office software (Word, Excel, Power Point)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

Responsibilities:

• Welcoming office guests and directing them to the person or office they’re visiting
• Answering and making phone calls on behalf of office employees
• Handling office correspondence, memos, and reports
• Maintaining office supplies
• Responsible for the process of booking meeting room
• Maintaining the reception area
• Keeping office records up to date
• Performing various other clerical tasks
