Lowongan SKILL AND PEOPLE DEVELOPMENT (TRAINER) di PT Epson Batam

Requirements:

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
• At least 2 years of working experience as Trainer in manufacturing company
• Have certification of QC training
• Have ability to read mechanical drawing, create drawing by using Auto CAD
• Familiar with Ms. Office especially in Ms. Excel and Ms. Power Point
• Familiar with ISO 9001 : 2015 & ISO 14001 : 2015
• Proficient in English
• Good communication skills and pro-active person
• Able to work in individual and team

Job Descriptions:

• Provide training related to mechanical matters such as basic mechanical, mechanical drawing, pneumatic, troubleshooting, adjustment, etc.
• Provide training related to Quality Control training such as QC tools, why why analysis, problem solving, etc.
• Create and update relevant training materials.
