Company Introduction

PT Rain Culture Media is a startup specializing in media and entertainment built by a founding team from the top TikTok agency in China, and other traditional industry veterans. Our primary market in is Indonesia. With the aim of building a professional livestreaming talent agency, our main business is focused on social media platforms, where we produce livestreams, short videos, and other content. We recruit high-quality livestreamers, provide top-notch training and support to our talents to produce high quality content.

Job Description

• Recruiting high-quality potential talents in TikTok 
• Responsible for manage the live streaming schedule of our talents
• Coordinate between the talents and the agents to make sure the talents follow the rules and regulations set by Tiktok and the agency
• Compile daily operational data and assist the management with business metrics reporting
• Manage the incentive programs set by the management and monitor daily performance to ensure the incentives are correctly calculated and distributed
• Arranging events and activities with other agencies and maintain event schedule for the talents
• Liasing with Tiktok point of contact and communicate new events, policies with our agents and our talents

Qualifications

• 0-3 years of work experience in relevant role in media/entertainment/tech/eCommerce industries
• Bachelor's degree or above is preferred
• Experience in the entertainment and live streaming fields is a plus
• Basic understanding of the entertainment live streaming
• Passionate about live streaming industry and social media
• Good work ethics, good communication skills, quick learner
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and fluent in English
• Good with handling data and documentation. Proficient in using MS Office, PPT, Excel and other office software

Salary System

IDR 4.000.000 - IDR 10.000.000
