Job Description:

Key Account Management:

• Identify and manage key accounts in the after-sales market department.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers.
• Understand the unique needs and requirements of each key account.

Service Coordination:

• Coordinate and oversee after-sales services, including maintenance, repairs, and support, for key accounts.
• Ensure that services are delivered on time, meet quality standards, and exceed customer expectations.

Problem Resolution:

• Investigate and resolve customer complaints or challenges promptly.
• Implement corrective actions to prevent recurring issues and enhance customer satisfaction.

Sales Support:

• Collaborate with the sales team to identify potential after-sales opportunities within key accounts.
• Provide support in the sales process by offering insights into service capabilities.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

• Analyze service data, performance metrics, and customer feedback related to key accounts.
• Generate reports on service quality, customer satisfaction, and key account performance.
• Identify trends and areas for improvement in the after-sales services provided to key accounts.

Budget Management:

• Monitor expenses, control costs, and ensure efficient resource allocation to meet key account needs.

Requirement:

• Minimum of 3 years work experience in heavy machinery
• Background Education Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
• Willing to business travel
• Minimum education S1
• Fluent in English (speaking and writing)
