Work Description

• Being part of a team that designs, configures, develops, integrates, tests, implements, documents, and supports the storage infrastructure.

• To explain requirements and suggest the appropriate storage systems and backup solutions and procedures.

• Ensuring that software and firmware are in keeping with the latest needs of a customer. If there are any damaged parts, can replace them.

• Work together with sales and presales team to complete project

• Maintain customer satisfaction

• Updated for latest technology and eager to learn new technology

Qualification:

• S1 graduate from IT: Telecommunication Engineer, Electrical Engineer, Computer Engineer or Information Systems.

• Experience 2 years in IT especially storage system such as: DELL, HPE, Hitachi, Lenovo, etc.

• Good knowledge in various IT Technologies (server, network, operating systems, etc)
• Good communication, interpersonal skill
• Able to handle multiple project
• Any IT certification will be an advantage
