Job Descriptions:

• Ensure Sales target are achieved monthly
• Monitor and track sales processes effectively to close sales within the stipulated period.
• Assist purchaser in obtaining end-financing and to arrange for necessary documents to be executed by purchasers with the Group's panel of lawyers.
• Prepare sales reports to be submitted to Immediate Superior on a weekly basis.
• Support the marketing team in the implementation of sales & marketing programmes.
• Attend to all matters pertaining to sales from initial enquiry to execution of documents.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
• At least 1 year(s) of working experience in PROPERTY DEVELOPMENT industry.
• Able to work in fast-paced and demanding environment.
• Good communication, interpersonal and negotiating skills.
• Possess a positive working attitude and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Able to work on weekends and public holidays.
