Lowongan Product Development Supervisor (Skincare category) di PT Inovasi Teknologi Untung Berkah

• Coordinate with internal and external parties including marketing, R&D, consumer insight, packaging, suppliers, factory, and regulatory to ensure alignment and successful product launches.

• Lead the product development team to carry out:

-      Product pipelines, timelines, & monitoring projects to ensure successful product launches in a timely manner

-      Market trend & competitor analysis to develop innovative and relevant skincare products.

-      Product concept and strategy, develop product briefs to R&D/factory

-      Sample review & feedback from R&D/factory/packaging supplier

-      User panel test and analyze insights & feedback from users

-      External vendors, suppliers, and partners for formulation, packaging, and manufacturing evaluation & selection

-      Product compliance with all regulations, standards, and quality guidelines throughout the product development process

• Monitor and analyze product performance in the market, gather consumer feedback, and implement improvements or necessary adjustments to maximize sales and profitability.

Qualification:

• 3-4 years of experience in product development/product innovation/formulation of personal care (skincare, cosmetics, hair care, body care).

• In-depth knowledge of the product development process, including formulation, testing, packaging, and regulatory requirements.

• Strong interest and understanding of beauty products and trends, Knowledge of market research methodologies and competitive analysis.

• Familiarity with regulatory guidelines and certifications specific to skincare products.

• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet strict deadlines.

• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
