Culter and Learning Specialist (EO dan Training) HR Department - Grobogan

Job Responsibility:

1. Facilitate training needs from business lines/departments within the Company on time and within the budget provided.

2. Arrange regular individual training programs to strengthen skills employees already have or develop new skills.

3. Coordinate the implementation of training so that it can be planned and run effectively and efficiently.

4. Responsible for making reports on the implementation of events that have taken place as well as future evaluations

5. Responsible for creatively enhancing the overall appearance and ambiance of various events corporate gatherings, social events, and parties.

6. Monitor and measure the effectiveness of training programs, making necessary adjustments for continuous improvement.

7. Design and develop a comprehensive training curriculum & training module, workshops, and initiatives that cater to various employee levels and functions.

Qualifications:

1. Have 1-2 years of experience as a Corporate Trainer, preferably in the manufacturing industry

2. Competent in leadership, analytical skills, marketing strategies, good communication skills, and presentation skills.

3. Willing to be placed at Grobogan, Central Java

4. Strong negotiating skills and good interpersonal relationship-building skills.

5. Enthusiasm for lifelong learning

6. Must be able to speak English fluently or Mandarin will be a plus
