[IT NETWORK & DESKTOP SUPPORT (SUPERVISOR) - JAKARTA]

Job Description:

-         Designing and implementing new network solutions and/or improving the efficiency of current networks.

-         Installing, configuring, and supporting network equipment including routers, proxy servers, switches, WAN accelerators, DNS and DHCP.

-         Configuring firewalls, routing and switching to maximize network efficiency and security.

-         Maximizing network performance through ongoing monitoring and troubleshooting.

-         Arranging upgrade schedule and investigating faults in the network.

-         Updating network equipment to the latest firmware releases.

-         Reporting network and desktop status to related superior and managed team

Requirement(s):

1.      Bachelor of Information Technology

2.      Experienced in IT Enterprise and Network Operation Center more than 3 years

3.      Holding Cisco Certifications CCNA or industry recognized certifications is a must

4.      Strong knowledge of relevant industry regulations and compliance standards

5.      Strong knowledge of network design and topology

6.      Experienced in troubleshooting Cisco switches and routers Cisco platform experience (WiFi, Security, Data Center)

7.      Knowledge of Palo Alto Firewall for large enterprise

8.      Analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret monitoring alerts and notifications

9.      Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively lead and collaborate with superior and cross-functional teams

10.  Willing to be placed at Jakarta with flexi-working hour
